Oceanfront Builders was officially founded in 2024, but we are far from a new player in the industry. We are the product of a strategic joint venture between two experienced, well-established companies—Fenul LLC, a private real estate development firm, and Calcons Inc. (https://www.calconsco.com/), a licensed general contractor with a long-standing reputation for high-quality execution.
Together, we’ve created a full-service construction and development company that brings financing insight, real estate strategy, global material sourcing, and on-site construction management under one roof—delivering remarkable value, quality, and transparency to Southern California homeowners and developers.

1. Fenul LLC (Established 2017)
Fenul began as a private development and investment firm focused on high-efficiency residential builds and remodels across Central and Southern California. Our projects ranged from affordable new home construction to high-end remodels and ground-up builds in Los Angeles and Orange County’s most valuable neighborhoods.
This vertical integration has allowed Fenul to move quickly, control quality, and pass cost savings on to clients and investors alike.
2. Calcons Inc. ( Established 2020)
Calcons has been our trusted construction partner for years, acting as the prime contractor on many of Fenul’s Los Angeles-area developments. They’ve overseen all field operations, site safety, project inspections, and compliance with city codes. Their reputation for dependable, code-compliant construction and crew management made them the obvious partner when it came time to grow our footprint.
